Platia 360 EPMS

One platform for the whole property operation.

EPMS is the Platia 360 platform layer. Maintenance, safety, owners association, finance, risk and field operations run as modules on one set of shared governed records, so a request, an asset, a permit, a budget and a supplier invoice all refer to the same thing.

What one platform changes
01
One record, every moduleA property, unit, asset, supplier, owner or employee is created once and used everywhere.
02
One permission modelIdentity, access, approval and audit rules are set at platform level, not rebuilt per system.
03
Licensed in stagesStart with the module that hurts most, then add the rest as configuration.

What is EPMS?

EPMS is enterprise property management software. In Platia 360 it is the platform layer that carries the modules: CMMS for maintenance and assets, HSE for safety, Owners Association for community operations, and Finance, Enterprise Risk Management and Navis field and fleet alongside them. Every module runs on one set of shared governed records with one identity, permission, approval and audit model, and Platia AI features work across all of them. Modules can be licensed and introduced independently.

The term

EPMS means enterprise property management software.

It is the platform layer, not a single application. CMMS is the maintenance and asset module inside it. HSE, Owners Association, Finance, Enterprise Risk Management and Navis are modules alongside CMMS, and Platia AI features work across all of them. A buyer arriving for a CMMS, a CAFM system or owners association software is looking at one module of EPMS.

Arabic and English across every module
Multiple entities with data and access segregation
UAE and Saudi hosting, including agreed private infrastructure
Local LLMs and in-country AI deployment supported
Modules licensed and introduced independently
One activity and audit history across the platform

Common questions

Questions buyers ask about Platia 360 EPMS

What does EPMS stand for?

Enterprise property management software. In Platia 360, EPMS is the platform that carries the maintenance, safety, owners association, finance, risk and field modules, rather than any one of them.

Is EPMS the same as a CMMS?

No. CMMS is one module inside EPMS, covering assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, SLAs, technicians and contractors. A buyer comparing CMMS or CAFM products is comparing against that module. EPMS is what lets the same records also carry safety, owners association, finance and risk work without a second system.

Which modules are included?

CMMS, HSE and Owners Association form the operational core. Finance, Enterprise Risk Management and Navis field and fleet extend it, and further add-ons are available. Platia AI features work across every module rather than sitting in one of them.

Can we start with one module and add the rest later?

Yes. Modules are licensed and introduced independently. Because they share the same records, users and permissions, adding a module later is configuration rather than a data migration between systems.

Where is EPMS hosted, and who can access the data?

Platia 360 supports UAE and Saudi hosting, including agreed in-country or private infrastructure, with role-based access, entity segregation, audit history and configurable retention. Hosting, access and retention are confirmed per implementation.

Does the platform work in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic and English are supported across every module for office, field, management, customer and supplier users, and this website is published in both languages.
