Delivery

Move from current systems to a working Platia environment.

How is Platia 360 delivered?

Platia 360 is configured around the organisation's workflows, records, roles and integrations. Hosting is available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and deployment can use an agreed cloud, private server or data centre.

How delivery works

A practical route from requirements to live operations.

The first phase focuses on the workflow that matters most, then the platform can expand as adoption grows.

1

Understand your operation

Review the properties, entities, contracts, users, current systems and operational priorities that the solution must support.

2

Shape the working model

Agree the records, roles, access segregation, approvals, dashboards, data and connections required for the selected scope.

3

Configure and connect

Prepare the Platia environment, migrate agreed data and connect the systems and channels that remain in use. For Owners Association scope, this includes association and property hierarchy, owner and unit migration, opening balances and owner ledgers, budgets, funds and bank structure, regulatory and external-governance references, and bilingual statement, notice and print formats.

4

Validate and launch

Complete user testing, bilingual role-based training, go-live preparation and agreed post-launch support.

Working with your existing environment

Keep the systems and channels that still serve the business.

We connect Platia where information or action needs to move between teams, customers and approved systems.

Business systems

Connect relevant property, ERP, procurement, customer and supplier data so users do not repeat the same work.

Banking and finance

Bring bank statements, payment services and approved finance interfaces into the required accounting process.

Customer communication

Turn WhatsApp, email and telephony conversations into controlled requests, notifications and follow-up.

Reporting and BI

Provide approved operational and finance data to existing reporting or business intelligence environments.

Field tools and devices

Connect maps, location, telematics, meters, QR codes, barcodes and other approved field workflows.

AI services

Use approved commercial or local LLMs with role-bound access to Platia records and tools.

How does Platia support UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL?

Platia provides configurable data location, role access, segregation, audit, retention and workflow controls that can support an implementation aligned with UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL. The organisation remains responsible for lawful processing, notices, contracts, transfer assessments and final compliance.

Yes. Deployment, access, audit and data-handling controls can be configured for UK GDPR and applicable US federal, state or sector requirements. Final obligations are assessed per customer because US requirements vary by state and industry.

Yes. Delivery can include agreed association, property, unit, owner, opening balance, budget, charge, receipt, supplier, document and compliance data. Scope, source quality, reconciliation and legal evidence are confirmed before migration.
